You'll send me a recording of yourself speaking in English, and I'll send you my feedback on your accent in the form of voice messages, via Whatsapp, or Microsoft Teams.  

I'll also provide you with materials to practice with, based on what I find within your speech/pronunciation. 

The recording could be of you telling me about yourself and your accent goals, giving an oral presentation for work, and/or reading an article out loud. It's up to you. But I'd need atleast 2 minutes of you speaking without reading. And please make sure that the audio is clear, and there's no background noise.
